Recent examples of services provided to our customers include:

 Support to the United States Coast Guard Advanced Technology Airmanship Program. Convergent is reformatting and redesigning the HC-130J Pilot Flightcrew Checklist and Aircraft Flight Manual (Dash 1).

 Training for the USDA Forest Service Cockpit Resource Management program. Convergent developed and is delivering an ongoing curriculum that focuses on safety and error-reduction for the Forest Service's aircraft crews.

 Initial, supplemental, and ongoing safety instruction for Bombardier Aerospace. Convergent developed the ground-breaking Leading Edge program for Bombardier's clients. Leading Edge provides specifically-tailored tools and resources to enable those clients to be at the forefront of the aviation industry in all aspects of quality and safety.

 2-day workshops for NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center. Convergent's ongoing venture with NASA includes an intensive, interactive workshop to establish and maintain a world-class culture of quality and excellence in Maintenance Resource Management. Future engagements include workshops and training on small group dynamics in a high- risk environment.
