Convergent was formed in 2003 as a veteran owned small business dedicated to dramatically reducing the cost and consequences of human error in high risk operations.  By attacking human error at its source, we have assisted our clients in identifying and eliminating defects, reducing wastes, and saving lives.  Originally staffed only by its six founding partners, our team has grown to over 30 professionals.  Our goals remain centered around the basic premise that most human error is avoidable – and all provide a valuable learning experience.

 

Convergent’s intellectual DNA comes first hand from the cockpits of fast moving aircraft, the intensity of a trauma surgery operating room, and the board rooms of global corporations.  But that is just our starting point, and we seek to join each new partnership with an openness of a true learning organization – knowing we have something to offer, but eager to learn.
